What products does the factory mainly produce?
Our car seat factory mainly produces luxurious car seat for modification, including three types:single luxury car seats，driver and passenger seats，car rear seats.These luxurious car seat are suitable for most commercial vehicles, MPVs, vans, and large SUVs.
Which countries do you mainly export your products to?
Our luxurious car seat are currently exported to North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Major countries include: the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, Thailand, India, and Indonesia，ect.
Do you have car seats in stock? How long does it usually take for our orders to ship?
We generally don’t keep luxurious car seat in stock.In most cases, we only start production after receiving a confirmed order.If your order is less than 10 pcs, it will generally ship within 3-7 days. If your order is between 10 and 20 pcs, it will ship within 5-10 days. If your order is between 20 and 50 pcs, it will ship within 10-20 days.

What car models are your car seats suitable for?
Our products include three types of luxury electric car seats:single luxurious car seat，driver and passenger seats，car rear seats.single luxury car seats are mainly suitable for the middle row seats of commercial vehicles, MPVs, VANs, large SUVs, etc.driver and passenger seats are primarily suitable for the front seats of most car models.car rear seats are mainly suitable for the rear seats of commercial vehicles, MPVs, VANs, large SUVs, etc.
What materials are used in your products?
Our seats primarily use cold-rolled steel as the frame, high-resilience foam, and Nappa leather as the material.
What customization options are available for your products, and what is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is one piece.Our product customization options mainly focus on three aspects: logo，color, backrest pattern design, and product functionality.
Logo customization: Our logos are primarily created using embroidery techniques.
Color customization：Our car seat colors are primarily black and beige. If you require other colors, we can provide our color catalog for selection. We also offer two-tone options.However, please note that there may be color variations, so please choose carefully. For your first purchase, we recommend choosing black or beige. If you have orders for more colors later, you can ask us to send you our color catalog for reference.
pattern design customization：If you don’t like the design of the car seat back pattern design, we can provide more patterns design for your reference, or you can provide us with your preferred pattern design and we can customize it.
Function customization：Our car seats have many functions. If you like to add more features to your seat, such as 360-degree rotation, small table, touch screen control, electric headrest, etc., you can tell us and we will evaluate whether it is possible to add the function.Or，you can learn about the optional features of each of our products through our product detail pages and product catalogs.
How do I install it on my car? Can I install it myself?
Before shipment，for the single luxurious car seat and car rear seats，We will configure universal slide rails and universal mounting brackets for free.They are suitable for installation in most car models.For driver and passenger seats，we can configure mounting brackets for specific vehicle models.But there is a charge.If you are an individual without experience in repairing or modifying cars, we recommend that you find a car repair shop or modification shop to do the installation.

About Product Packaging
How is your product packaging? Is it sturdy?
Our product packaging uses an inner inflatable cushion for protection, an outer cardboard box, and is then secured with rope，At the same time, wooden boards will be added to the bottom of the box for protection.The packaging we use is absolutely fine for the seats.If you require wooden frame packaging for added safety, please let us know in advance. Of course, this will increase the additional costs.

What are the sizes and volume of the product packaging?
One box for one piece of car seat.
Different car seats have different packaging sizes and volumes.According to our standard packaging：
for single luxury car seats: one box is about 0.55CBM，78(L)×70(W)×100(H)CM
For driver and passenger seats:one box is about 0.5CBM，78(L)×70(W)×90(H)CM
For car rear seats:one box is about 0.95CBM，128(L)×80(W)×92(H)CM

Who is responsible for shipping the product, how are the fees typically charged, and how many days does it take to reach my city?
For product transportation, you can use your freight forwarder or my freight forwarder.If you use your freight forwarder, we will assist in transporting the goods to your freight forwarder’s warehouse.If you use my freight forwarder, please provide your detailed delivery address. I will check and then inform you of the cost and approximate arrival time.Meanwhile, I will monitor the subsequent shipping progress and keep you updated.
About Product After-Sales Service
How long is the product after-sales service period?
We provide after-sales service for six months to one year, depending on the product.
What kind of after-sales service can you provide?
If you discover any problems or damage to your car seats, please tell us. We will provide guidance to resolve or repair the issue.If the solution requires replacing a part, we will send you the part.Of course, if there is a quality issue with my seat, we will provide these services to you for free during the warranty period.However, if the damage is caused by human error, we will charge a fee.
About Payment Methods
What are the payment terms after I confirm the order?
Normally, we require 100% prepayment before production and shipment. However, in the early stages of cooperation, we support 50% prepayment before production begins. Once production is complete, we will send you pictures and videos to confirm product availability. Then, you pay the remaining 50% before we ship the goods.
