Transaction Process
Send Inquiry
Send inquiry to get our product catalog, and tell us your favorite design,and customized content. If you're unsure about the style, we can recommend our best-selling options.
Quotation
Based on the customer's style and customization requirements, confirm whether it can be done; if so, provide a quote.
Payment
Once the customer's needs and price are confirmed and there are no issues, payment will be made.
Production
Production will be arranged immediately upon receipt of payment.
Confirmation
After production is completed, take product photos or videos, and after confirming that the product meets the customer's requirements, pay the balance (if need).
Packaging
Once the product is confirmed, it will be packaged and sent to the logistics warehouse to await delivery to its destination.
After-sales
Track the logistics until the customer receives the goods. Please contact us anytime if you have any questions after receiving the goods.
We provide after-sales service for six months to one year, depending on the product.After-sales service includes guidance on resolving product installation and malfunction issues, as well as replacing damaged parts.

What kind of after-sales service can you provide?
If you discover any problems or damage to your car seats, please tell us. We will provide guidance to resolve or repair the issue.If the solution requires replacing a part, we will send you the part.Of course, if there is a quality issue with my seat, we will provide these services to you for free during the warranty period.However, if the damage is caused by human error, we will charge a fee.
How is your product packaging? Is it sturdy?
Our product packaging uses an inner inflatable cushion for protection, an outer cardboard box, and is then secured with rope，At the same time, wooden boards will be added to the bottom of the box for protection.The packaging we use is absolutely fine for the seats.If you require wooden frame packaging for added safety, please let us know in advance.  Of course, this will increase the additional costs.

What are the sizes and volume of the product packaging?
One box for one piece of car seat.
Different car seats have different packaging sizes and volumes.According to our standard packaging：
for single luxury car seats: one box is about 0.55CBM，78(L)×70(W)×100(H)CM
For driver and passenger seats:one box is about 0.5CBM，78(L)×70(W)×90(H)CM
For car rear seats:one box is about 0.95CBM，128(L)×80(W)×92(H)CM

Who is responsible for shipping the product, how are the fees typically charged, and how many days does it take to reach my city?
For product transportation, you can use your freight forwarder or my freight forwarder.If you use your freight forwarder, we will assist in transporting the goods to your freight forwarder’s warehouse.If you use my freight forwarder, please provide your detailed delivery address. I will check and then inform you of the cost and approximate arrival time.Meanwhile, I will monitor the subsequent shipping progress and keep you updated.
